The parents are 100% to blame, not question about that. A very, VERY small percentage of people are born naturally evil. The whole "Nature vs. Nurture" debate comes to mind, but the way society has shifted in the past 20-25 years, parents are becoming more disassociated with raising their children. Instead they leave it to video games (mostly violent), TV (mostly violent), and the Internet (mostly porn

-- and violent). My parents had a hands-on approach to raising me. If I fucked up, they put their hands on me. For the most part, parents don't do that anymore. Parents these days are more worried about making their children their best friends, and not hurting their feelings. And I'm sorry, that's not the way to raise a child.
