So after I posted
this thread on Sept 1st, 2015 I was finally paid after 2 months of waiting.
But yes, I'm here again after no response from their 'request payment' button and no response from email. GFY seems to be the only place to get them to pay (eventually), so to everyone else, I'm sorry for making these posts.
