So far, the only responses in this thread that make some sense include
1. Western countries need immigration due to declining population.
2. Guilt, brainwashing and a tendency to indirectly accept responsibility for destabilizing other countries.
3. Need cheap labour.
1 and 3 are somewhat fine but why not get labour through proper channels rather than let anyone into your house who has no verification papers with him?
So before I put forward my theory as to why western civilization is so dumb when it comes to refugees, anyone else wants to enlighten me - Why westerners let in fraudsters/criminals/murderers but create all kind of impossible hassles for well educated westernized immigrant applicants?
