The rest of what you said is opinion and worthless if you think it's ok that there is a homeless because it was there when Bush was in office, that doesn't make it OK.
LA is about to spend an additional $100 million on that LA homeless crisis too. Homeless are everywhere. Fuck, they're living on overpasses.
