Was this news program on some unknown start up network which you've thoroughly vetted and have determined to be credible or was it on one of the networks which you've been been bitching and bitching and bitching about for god knows how long? If the former, please share.

That's usually how it's done but it's entirely possible contingencies were written into the contracts for these spots. Highly doubtful it would be that much of a dropoff though.
