Yes it's stolen (oops, borrowed) from a long time ago, I think its a great slogan for Donald Trump. It targets anyone and everyone who is sad, depressed, mad, or disagrees with any part of the current state of the country. If your glass is generally half-full, then this slogan has a great chance of reaching you. Brilliant.
