bloomberg has 1 chance only - to get the democrat nomination via a brokered convention. This is plausible when hilarys delegates become wildcards, and/or she fails to gather a majority of delegates, which is distinctly possible.
no independent can win the general. if a candidate fails to reach 270 electoral votes, the house votes in the next president. so paul ryan will decide.
