Janitorial work is frowned upon on being a low skilled job filled with bottom end people, possibly true to some extent but there is still money in it if done right.

One guy I know whom owned a cleaning service (40 or so janitors) sold his company for close to 6 figures and also had a lawn mowing business as well.
It's how you run your business and what your ultimate aim is.
