I did some reading about this.
People are saying that only/mostly Isaan girls are easily "available" for farangs. Since they are poor and not respected in Thailand (I get it that they are like gypsies of Thailand in terms of how they are perceived and that noprmal Thais are not interested in marrying Isaan ladies).
And that they are available only because they want some sponsorship (I mean even when they are not bar girls), rarely available in the sense that they just like you and want to have fun etc like it happens in western world.

And that normal thai girls are not available because there is a stigma of dating a farang.
