We need a billing solution that allows one-time transactions to be passed with the same username and password as previous one-time transactions. The transaction ID for each transaction is generated on our end of the system and the gateway should allow us to specify the unique transaction ID.

So in general, if you can process for timebank systems, have a somewhat flexible gateway design, and don't mind us posting credit data directly or via browser redirection (HTTPS) then we are interested in working with your company.
