I think the responses are such because the person pictured isn't Zachariah Weinstein as stated by the OP, but rather Clarence Holden, who did die earlier this month. Not sure what the cause of death was. A quick Google search is all it took to find this out.

Maybe that's why people have responded the way they have. I'm sorry you suffer from this terrible disease. It's taken the life of more than one family member of mine.
