give them a small (100MB?) storage and maybe 1/2 a gig of transfer on the house, and then users pay for their overages!

Excellent idea. That's why I already have a patent on it. Licensing is 10% of gross corporation Income. ICS would take quite the hit. Again, great idea, you should try it Lens!
