Personally I didn't get your question. Why a person with a hip hematoma and head injury can not giggle? As about that particular video posted by Albanian twink, so actually she's crying (hint: that's an opposite emotion to a giggle). Watch it from 4:30. Where have you seen her giggling? This happens when a person like you don't understand the language of video and can't recognize human emotions ;)
