That's why the doctor (unemployed since December 30th) will be sued and his punishment will be decided by court. Right now he is on bail. Here in Russia the one don't pay money to be released on bail, he must sign a document where he undertakes to stay his city/village during the whole investigation process. Otherwise he will be arrested.
BTW, the head physician was fired as well and now that clinics is being inspected by authorities. So course it is not so simple. I just said that one guy did not want to kill the other one. It was an accident.

Taking into consideration the wideness of public attention the case has attracted, head of Russia's Investigative Committee Aleksandr Bastrykin brought the case "under [his] personal control," the committee chief spokesman Vladimir Markin announced.

So anyways it's a very outstanding case. Otherwise it won't be taken under personal control of the head of Russia's Investigative Committee, right? I guess RT would not post about it as well ;)
