If you can prove to me the sites average profits in the last 5 months have been $400'ish, i would take your lot for $400 x's 6 months worth = $2400

I agree, highly highly doubt $10-11k for 12 sites, in a dying business will fly with anyone, but otherwise, good luck in your sale and whatever biz you get into
