It's billed in local currency, which makes it cheaper to buy one (excluding shipping) in Australia than the US. But then they whack $132 shipping onto the price.
If you go to checkout and select various countries you'll see you're always billed in local currency.
Shipping costs vary on stuff depending on how it's shipped and who the shipping company is.
