Mostly the difference is the quality of the PG/VG (propolyne glycol and vegetable glycerine) and the kind of flavoring used, tiny amount and is usually some kind of extract or oil. The amount of nicotine doesn't make a difference in the price, though, and goes from 0 to kind of a lot. 2.4/something, I don't feel like looking up the measurements.. :p The lower nicotine amounts are for people who like to "vape" a lot and the higher amounts are for people with the pens who are trying to quit by taking one or two puffs and be done for a while.
Some are USP certified or even "inhalation grade", and some are only food grade, which isn't as good. Not really sure how to tell the difference, though, except I know that Vapor Fi is inhalation grade..
