      you can still use windows remote desktop if you forward port 3389 in your router to the machine you want to access


      i've never tried anything else except RDM+ but that's for my blackberry -> windows

                                  The paid versions allow you to do computer to computer really fast file transfers instead of fucking around with an ftp or something. I use the free version, but I paid for a year of the remote control setup. I leave it running on my laptop and just have to click one button to log onto my desktop with it.
