In truth for the most part this form of publicity whoring has played out, most mainstream outlets wont touch these stories anymore...BUT
Harvey Levin is buddies with Steven Hirsh, so whenever Vivid does it Harvey dutifully reports it on TMZ as "news" eventually even Harvey will prolly stop playing along.
