I think so. She's got to be a Skywalker with her huge Force prowess. When Ben Solo (Kylo Ren) went bad under Luke's training, she was secretly hidden on Jakko for her own protection and Luke went into hiding. Of course, she could also be Han & Leia's, but it would take some crazy story telling for them not to recognize their own daughter in this movie.
In the next movie, Luke will train Rey after being persuaded she won't go bad. Snoke (the Gollum Emperor), will further train Ren. Ultimately, Vader's grandchildren will have a final battle for good and evil. Lame.
