Can you just stop on by a mental institution and check yourself in?

Then use your cellphone the next day to admit to buying all the guns? ... at the mental institution?

"A transcription of a 911 call placed by a Marquez, 24, "hours after the shooting" was included in the complaint. In it, he claims that he only gave the gun to Farook for "safe storage."

But the shooting took place on the 2nd... and the 911 call was suppose to have taken place on the 3rd.
