This is just the most bizarre story... ever.

Marquez checked himself into a mental hospital a few hours after the attack.

Then use your cellphone the next day to admit to buying all the guns? ... at the mental institution?

But the shooting took place on the 2nd... and the 911 call was suppose to have taken place on the 3rd.
