Just because some government agent might deny a terror suspect his 5th amendment rights, doesn't mean the terror suspect has no 5th amendment rights. Just like if the government denies a person his 2nd amendment gun rights, it does not mean that person has no 2nd amendment right. It simply means the government overreached and abused its power.
