Yea, but it was smart for law enforcement to delay arresting Enrique since he was freely talking anyhow. Because if they arrested him early on, they would have had to read him his Miranda rights, and Enrique might have requested a lawyer...then the lawyer would have instructed him to stop talking.
I suspect that the FBI lied to him and said "if you tell us everything now, we won't arrest you". And Enrique fell for it |
