I grew up in rural NJ on top of a hill, and when it snowed we were snowed in for days until the plow trucks came to plow the roads. We also usually went days without power. Kind of a sucky way to live.
When I was fifteen I spent my Saturday morning shoveling the snow, and I knew after lunch I was going to have to do it all over again. That was when I decided I was going to move someplace where it never snowed. Sure enough, that's exactly what I did. I moved away when I was 17 and haven't lived in a snow area since. Never will.
Unless it is in Hawaii.

A lot of people are not aware that it does snow in Hawaii. BTW...don't you own a place in Hawaii or am I confusing you with someone else?
