How can you know? If your father is muslim and your mother is christian and your name is hussein, is that such a big stretch to consider that son is also a muslim? Especially when father is mulim and mother is christian it is usually the women who submits to child being being raised as muslim.
That is not a huge stretch by any means. And if you "know" that he is for sure not a muslim... you are not smarter than those who considers otherwise.
