Possibly, but not just to call Obama's bluff. They could have done one thing - just one little thing - to show they actually give 2 shits. But they don't. They never will.

Good question. Maybe its strictly a legal thing. Maybe there is enough evidence to keep someone off of a plane but not enough to arrest them and keep them in jail? Who knows.
