we hit all those except:

- "Being able to get a live, US based, college educated professional out of bed at 3am on a Saturday if your site is hacked" - i'm never in bed at 3am and i work every weekend. we have people all over the world, not just in the US ;)

- "supports cheap mainstream hosting like Amazon and GoDaddy" - that's not actually a good thing.

- "A company that never raises its prices" - you never lower them either.
