Let me see if I can make this simpler for you. Look at the poll, add up the votes. Right now it shows 117 votes but at the bottom it says that there have only been 80 voters. So if there have only been 80 voters but 117 votes have been cast then voters may select more than 1 option at the time of their vote.
Does that make sense?
