Are they bringing the employees/production team on board as well (doesn't seem so according to the article) because Gamma hasn't done much themselves in the paysite market in recent years, so acquiring them without the team seems like just acquiring them for a cash investment and milking them until they fizzle out.
Congrats though, hope you guys invest the time/right people needed to grow them, or atleast maintain
I am always skeptical of sites maintaining when new people purchase them without allowing the same team to manage, its real hard to duplicate the content style they've become accustomed to
Industry sure is maturing quickly, very few companies owning most assets.
