Literally nothing you said here is true. GMO food has NOT been proven safe. Just because the corporation selling the seeds says it's safe, does not in fact mean it's actually safe.
"Extremely restricted" diet? Sounds like some PR bullshit. I eat food labeled organic. It used to just be called "food." It's the untested GMO frankenfoods that should be LABELED, like in most sensible countries.
And yes gmo cultivation contributes to climate change when it requires tons of (fossil fuel based) chemicals, and destroys the soil. Organic needs none of that. The only junk science is coming from folks trying to sell their patented GMO products. Wake up already.
