Yes, he was worried about his rep. Most definitely. Right now if you got cancer you would tell people with no problem. Would you tell ANYONE if you got HIV? Hell no. Neither would I.
It has a huge social stigma. People are scared of HIV.
Your second point...NO, it's not the "REAL question". It's none of our business how he got it.
That's just pandering to the lowest common denominator.
How he got it isn't anyone's business. Especially yours or mine.
For our "industry"...the facts are that he hired some hot porn girls to fuck. No, he didn't get it from them...female to male transmission is almost impossible.
And "no", nobody working in our industry got it from him. They would have tested positive years ago when all of that was going down.
This is all just a bunch of sensationalism and trash magazine fodder.
The guy has a virus. The virus is undetectable in his body thanks to the medication. He WILL die prematurely...but not from HIV. That will come from the cigarettes he smokes that will kill him either through cancer or heart disease.
