Yeah. You are probably right. I saw that yesterday, on Epoch website. 15% transaction fee, then decreases. Depending on transaction volume.
Probably the same with CCbill?? Anyway, I'm leaning to go with Epoch or Ccbill for this. Any inputs on them??
Only reason I'm going with them, if possible. Is that I have a hard time forgiving when it comes to certain things. And if I join some unknown biller, and they take my money. I know for sure, I will be bitter about it for the rest of my life.
