Thanks everyone! Yes, Susan is my high school sweetheart and we've been together forever. :-)
We've lived with each other for 10 years now and it's been great.
Finally eloping was a last minute idea since we were going down to Orlando for a week before Internext and thought "Why not just get married and make it our honeymoon?"
We've been engaged for two years and kept putting off the wedding because we felt too busy to plan one... so it was well overdue ;-)
For a couple days planning it worked out great. A Justice of the peace married us in his back yard and then we went on a little boat tour with a couple of friends out here.
We really wanted to go parasailing in our formal clothes, but it turned out to be too windy. No biggie though, we still had a great time.
We did some wine tasting at few of the vinyards out here and then returned to a secluded little patio in the bar beside the hotel where we stayed for an impromto wedding reception.
It was fast, casual, and it's great to be married. :-))

Thank you EscortBiz for the bottle of wine. We still haven't opened it though... I think we'll save it for our first year anniversary. Our waitress was very clever to realize we had all had enough to drink for the night and didn't open it for us. We even had trouble finsihing the bottle of dom prignon my brother bought for us (which was a nice surprise as well... and very good. Thanks bro). :-)
