He's already admitted he commited adultry. Unless its an open marriage - his wife should leave his ass but she won't because she's too weak.
I doubt he raped her. I'll bet that she enjoyed what happened as much as he did.
They'll probably settle out of court by his side paying her a bunch of money that she doesnt deserve.
Regardless - he put his ass in a compromising position and is paying for it.
