China is getting better, pumping huge amounts of money into renewables - it will take time.
As for China as a destination for expats, Shanghai is a cosmopolitan bustling city with enormous opportunity.

Lets be realistic.. Yes there is pollution in the U.S. As there is in every other country in the world.. However China's pollution is 100s if not thousands of times worse.. It's not even comparable..
