i can see how someone might catch a case with girls like this walking around at the age of 13. i remember when i was in chicago's airport(ohare i think the name is) and i went to talk to a puerto rican looking girl. she looked like she was my age or older. i sparked up a convo with her, began flirting, she was flirting back, then out of no where some old lady comes up and snatches her away. then turns to me and says she 13! i just walked to my gate with my head down because i was looking at a 13 year old with dirty thoughts
