Here's the problem with that logic. She has to prove she was raped, not the other way around. She is assumed not to have been raped by Kobe under the law, unless it can be proven to a jury. I don't personally think rape victims should be "shamed" either, but the legal system has to be allowed to function in the open.
Unless she is underage, I don't think she has a legal right to anonymity once she accuses someone of a crime. The U.S. justice system is supposed to be based on open access, and mostly is except in special cases where it involves minors or "national security".
Personally, I think it's fucked that people are posting her home address, but I guess it's their legal right.
