I shelled out a lot of money for the domain GayChicks.com and since had it developed. Due to server issues, the site was taken down. And why not develop it? An extremely rare asset in the lucrative adult niche, GayChicks.com is a solid adult domain. That’s a challenge to find: An aged, ultra-brandable adult .com being on sale for under $5,000.
