okay, so I am not following this all that well because of being on the otherside of the Atlantic. Has this actually gone to court yet? Is she not still a potential rape victim? If so then how big is it to post her name, face and address.
I'm not for those accused of rape being named and shamed before trial either but unless she has been proved in court not to have been a rape victim then doesn't that seem just a bit wrong?
If it has been settled then I am even more out of the loop.
