I try to stay regular.. but kids and family gets in the way sometimes... but when i can i workout in the gym doing circuit trianing for 1.5 hours...
I try to get outdoors to work out as much as possible..back country hiking.. running the foothills..or snowboarding.
I just cant wait for the day I can take all my kids back country hiking/camping with me..
I say do what works for you and what makes you happy.. keep it interesting
