As an affiliate you can't really make decisions on backup processors - quite a few sites use iBill for backups. But I can, and do, make decisions on sponsors who primarily use iBill for signups and payouts.
No way, no how.
And I made that decision over a year ago when iBill emailed all affiliates and demanded that we come re-register our private information at their site and include the name, address, and phone number of the bank where we cashed our iBill checks.

Cathy from iBill never did give me a straight answer on why they needed that information. I changed out a lot of banners that day...
