Whatever you do, do it regularly. Like, for starting you can just do a small 2 sets of 10 push ups before going to bed... to get your muscles conditioned, don't ever stop doing them, but after like a few weeks you will be able to gain a lot from either increasing that, or doing some bench presses.
Condition your musles, then get into heavy stuff, and KEEP YOUR ROUTINE.
I'm built like a brick shithouse, I know.
Chin-ups + push-ups are all you need for your arms.
