GoodWin, I got my 9-16 payment promptly. But my advice to you is to inquire after the payment with the affiliate manager and follow up quickly, repeatedly, professionally, and persistently. That's always worked for me, but I've had to do it more times than I like.
It's also the case that back in 2010, they were paying thirty days after the close of the revenue period -- so a 9-16 payment would be for revenue earned ending 8-15. These days, it's six weeks: my 9-16 payment was for revenue earned ending 7-31.
