The images I posted above are from Auchan a hypermarket chain where we buy the products for a week. When we go for a daily shopping we go to Billa - there are two of them in 2 minutes of walking from my home. And yes we really have much better lighting there than in one shown at your picture (it looks sad and gloomy).
P.S. I can tell you what really does not exist in Russia anymore. This:

Move the story away from Moscow and things do look different - I personally know people in Saint Petersburg who are having a hard time, and as the situation gets worse so does the corruption...
