Any value to non-HD video?
Before the push toward 16:9 and HD, I shot with a Canon GL2. I have a bunch of content, from amateur hardcore to glamour nude videos. The GL2, while not being a camera that shot HD, was a 3CCD chip camera, so the quality is better than a standard digital video camera.
Also, the GL2 doesn't have any outputs that will help me get it onto my iMac or MacBook Pro, so I will need to find a way to even get it captured. It uses the old mini-DV tape system that no one uses anymore.
I haven't downloaded any of this off the digital tapes, and am just wondering if it's even worth my time to mess with it. Any thoughts?
