Apparently Ama says he did not give permission. Apparently, Sobe and his alter ego mrmovie says he did. All I can say is if it were my content I would do something about it. People need to quit dick-sucking on the boards and get things settled in court already.

if not i have refresh you ,
a person have around 3500 of there photos and then went off selling them and had no legal right to , well they lost there ass big time in court and if i remeber right the courts order was to pay some shit like 850.00$ for each pic they sold .
I myself hope JOE goes threw all this , and nails his ass . I wouldnt be that way other then the fact that he thinks all of us are dumb shits here and we dont know a fucking thing .
Well trust me i am not a lawer but i do know how the law will fallow on this matter , and eric you will lose , and MRMOVIE if you are for real a differnt person you will be hung as well , seeing how you have admitted that he sold it to you to resell ..
