A migrant shelter was set up next to a school, and to avoid trouble with the migrants, the school head warned the parents about the "immodest" fashion choices of their daughters.

Oh hohohoho, this is too good. Instead of telling the economic migrants to respect German culture, German school official flat out slut shamed their girls in front of the parents. Germans don't need Muslims to put their girls in place because they will do it themselves to appease Muslims.
Of course this attack on free expression would have repercussions, so he had to respond to parent's complaints.

So instead of disciplining these horny boys for their unacceptable behavior, girls were told to stop disgracing themselves and start dressing modestly. He's being pretty racist when he assumed the boys of that culture can't be tamed to play by their rules, so he had to ask his own civilized students to behave to not trigger these outsiders.
This is the tyranny of the minority, and a pretty effective one at that. The migrants didn't even have to lift a finger to force the majority to pander to them. In order to be racially tolerant and politically correct, the school official would rather be sexist toward his students than to offend actual sexists. Where have I heard that before? Oh right, that incident in Rotherham Britain.
This is literally victim blaming at its finest, I hope feminists stand up for the girls in response to this preposterous attack on women's freedom to fashion autonomy. In fact, they should send women to educate these migrants about tolerance and cultural acceptance and German fashion choices.
