He's fucked, if he had a top flight attorney who could destroy these witnesses credibility maybe he'd have a chance but I still think any jury is going to convict him, a 40 year old man way too involved in the lives of young teenage girls = where there's smoke there's fire. Not as evidence since it is purely circumstantial. It might be brought in but even a crappy attorney would object to it being circumstantial and not relevant. Also, considering that he participated in the legit, age verified, adult industry it could play against the prosecution since it demonstrates that he was concerned about legal age limits.
I of course am not an attorney but I do know enough to offer at least a semi educated opinion.
