You are on the right track. Don't even consider SVCD (its sucks, and not everyone can play them). DVD-R is the way to go if you don't want 1,000 at a time, otherwise DVD.

If you offer VHS also, you will boost your sales 25% or more. Thats about what we do, no reason not to.
